본 방침은 마이 포케로그 앱(이하 “앱”)에서 정보를 처리하는 방식과 이용자가 데이터를 관리하는 방법을 설명합니다. 앱은 PokéRogue 웹사이트를 표시하고 가상 컨트롤러와 게임 정보 메뉴를 제공하는 비공식 Android 앱입니다. 앱 운영자와 PokéRogue·위키 운영자는 서로 다릅니다.
앱 운영자는 게임 계정이나 플레이 정보를 별도의 자체 서버로 수집하지 않습니다. 컨트롤러 설정은 기기에 저장됩니다. 다만 앱 안에서 접속하는 PokéRogue와 위키는 서비스 제공 과정에서 정보를 처리하며, 쿠키와 웹 저장 데이터를 사용할 수 있습니다.
1. 처리 범위와 목적
앱은 별도의 앱 회원가입이나 개발자 계정 시스템을 운영하지 않습니다. 앱 운영자가 제공하는 기능에는 성명, 전화번호, 연락처, 위치, 사진, 광고 식별자를 수집하거나 자체 서버에 전송하는 기능이 없습니다.
앱에서 처리하는 설정은 가상 컨트롤러의 배치와 표시 상태를 유지하기 위해 사용합니다. 웹사이트 이용 과정의 로그인과 게임 진행 정보는 아래의 외부 서비스 처리 범위에 해당합니다.
2. 기기에 저장되는 정보
컨트롤러 설정: 가로·세로별 선택 배치, 버튼 위치, 크기, 투명도를 앱 전용 저장 공간에 저장합니다. 이 설정을 앱 운영자의 서버로 업로드하지 않습니다.
쿠키와 웹 저장 데이터: 앱 내 브라우저(WebView)는 쿠키와 웹 저장 공간을 사용합니다. 웹사이트의 동작에 따라 로그인 상태 유지, 게임 설정 및 웹 콘텐츠 이용에 필요한 데이터가 기기에 남을 수 있습니다.
게임 터치 컨트롤러 설정: 앱 전용 컨트롤러와 중복되지 않도록 기기의 웹 저장 공간에 있는 게임 설정 중 웹사이트 터치 컨트롤러 표시 값을 변경합니다.
웹사이트의 쿠키나 로그인 정보는 이후 해당 서비스에 접속할 때 사용될 수 있으므로, 웹 저장 데이터 전체가 기기 안에서만 처리된다는 의미는 아닙니다.
웹사이트에 입력한 로그인 정보와 게임 이용에 필요한 데이터는 해당 서비스로 전달되어 처리됩니다. 인터넷 접속 과정에서는 상대 서버에 IP 주소와 브라우저 요청 정보 등이 전달되며, 해당 서비스가 쿠키 등을 사용할 수 있습니다. 앱 운영자는 이를 자체 회원 데이터베이스에 별도로 복사하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
해당 서비스 및 연결된 서비스의 구체적인 수집 항목, 보관 기간, 처리 장소와 삭제 절차는 각 서비스의 안내를 확인해야 합니다. 본 방침은 외부 서비스의 개인정보처리방침을 대신하지 않습니다. 외부 브라우저로 열린 링크에는 해당 브라우저와 방문한 서비스의 정보 처리 방식이 적용됩니다.
4. 제3자 제공·처리 위탁 및 광고
앱 운영자는 게임 계정이나 플레이 정보를 자체 서버에 모아 제3자에게 판매·제공하거나 처리를 위탁하는 기능을 운영하지 않습니다. 앱에 별도의 광고, 이용 행태 분석 또는 오류 보고 SDK를 추가하지 않았습니다.
이는 외부 서비스로 아무런 정보도 전송되지 않는다는 뜻이 아닙니다. 게임 실행과 위키 열람을 위한 외부 서비스의 데이터 처리는 제3항에서 설명한 범위에 따릅니다.
5. 보관 기간과 삭제 방법
앱 설정은 이용자가 변경하거나 앱 데이터를 삭제할 때까지 기기에 보관됩니다. 쿠키는 설정된 만료 시점이나 삭제 시점까지, 웹 저장 데이터는 웹사이트가 삭제하거나 이용자가 앱 데이터를 삭제할 때까지 남을 수 있습니다. 캐시는 운영체제나 WebView의 관리에 따라 정리될 수 있습니다.
현재 컨트롤러 배치 초기화: 앱의 설정 메뉴에서 현재 배치를 초기화할 수 있습니다. 이 기능은 로그인 정보나 웹 저장 데이터를 삭제하지 않습니다.
기기에 저장된 앱 데이터 삭제: Android의 설정 → 앱 → 마이 포케로그 → 저장공간에서 ‘데이터 삭제’ 또는 ‘저장공간 비우기’를 실행합니다. 메뉴 이름은 기기에 따라 다릅니다. 앱 설정과 로그인 상태 등 앱의 로컬 데이터가 삭제됩니다. 앱을 제거해도 앱 전용 로컬 데이터가 삭제됩니다.
외부 서비스의 계정·서버 데이터 삭제: PokéRogue 등 해당 서비스에서 제공하는 계정 관리 또는 공식 문의 경로를 이용해야 합니다. 앱 데이터 삭제나 앱 제거만으로 외부 서버의 계정 및 게임 기록까지 삭제되지는 않습니다.
캐시만 삭제하면 쿠키나 웹 저장 데이터가 모두 지워지지 않을 수 있습니다. 앱의 뒤로가기·새로고침은 웹페이지를 다시 불러오는 기능이며 데이터 삭제 기능이 아닙니다. 로컬 데이터를 삭제하면 다시 로그인해야 하거나 저장되지 않은 진행이 사라질 수 있습니다.
6. 접근 권한과 보호 조치
앱은 게임과 위키 연결을 위한 인터넷 권한을 사용합니다. 연락처, 위치, 카메라, 마이크, 사진 및 파일에 접근하기 위한 별도의 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
앱에서 여는 게임·위키의 기본 주소는 HTTPS를 사용하며, 앱 내 WebView의 평문 HTTP 통신과 혼합 콘텐츠 로드를 허용하지 않습니다. 컨트롤러 설정은 앱 전용 저장 공간에 저장됩니다. 이용자는 기기 잠금과 운영체제·WebView 업데이트를 통해 기기를 보호할 수 있습니다.
이메일로 문의하면 발신 이메일 주소, 문의 내용 및 이용자가 첨부한 자료를 앱 운영자가 받게 됩니다. 이 정보는 문의 답변과 문제 해결을 위해서만 사용하며, 처리 목적이 달성되면 삭제합니다. 법령에 따라 보관이 필요한 경우에는 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다. 불필요한 개인정보는 보내지 마세요. 이메일 송수신에는 Gmail을 이용하며, 메일 서비스의 정보 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침에서도 확인할 수 있습니다.
앱의 정보 처리 방식, 로컬 데이터 삭제, 개인정보 관련 문의는 위 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다. 게임 비밀번호나 인증 토큰을 문의에 포함하지 마세요. 앱 운영자는 외부 서비스의 계정 데이터에 대한 열람·수정·삭제를 직접 처리할 수 없으므로, 해당 데이터에 관한 요청은 해당 서비스 운영자에게 전달해야 합니다.
8. 방침 변경
앱의 기능이나 정보 처리 방식이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 내용과 최종 수정일을 갱신합니다. 개인정보 처리에 중요한 변경이 있으면 적용 전에 이 페이지 또는 앱 내 안내를 통해 알립니다.

This policy explains how My PokéRogue (the “app”) handles information and how you can manage your data. The app is an unofficial Android app that displays the PokéRogue website and provides a virtual controller and game information menu. The app operator is separate from the operators of PokéRogue and its wiki.
The app operator does not collect game account or gameplay information on a separate server of its own. Controller settings are stored on your device. However, PokéRogue and the wiki accessed within the app process information to provide their services and may use cookies and web storage.
1. Scope and purposes
The app does not operate a separate app registration or developer account system. Features provided by the app operator do not collect your name, phone number, contacts, location, photos or advertising identifier, or send these to a server operated by the app operator.
The app uses settings to preserve your virtual controller layout and appearance. Login and game progress information processed while using the website falls within the external service scope described below.
2. Information stored on your device
Controller settings: Selected portrait and landscape layouts, button positions, size and opacity are stored in the app’s private storage. These settings are not uploaded to the app operator’s server.
Cookies and web storage: The in-app browser (WebView) uses cookies and web storage. Depending on the website’s behavior, data needed to maintain login sessions, game settings and access to web content may remain on your device.
Game touch controller setting: To avoid duplicating the app’s controller, the app changes the website’s touch controller display setting in the game settings held in local web storage.
Website cookies or login information may be used when you access the service again. This does not mean that all web storage data is processed only on your device.
3. External services
The app loads the following external services over the internet:
PokéRogue: running the game, account login and processing game progress information
PokéRogue Wiki: information about starters, items, biomes, evolution and controls
Login information entered on the website and data needed to play the game are sent to and processed by that service. Internet connections send information such as your IP address and browser request details to the receiving server, and the service may use cookies. The app operator does not separately copy or store this information in its own member database.
Please consult each service’s notices for its specific data collection, retention periods, processing locations and deletion procedures, including those of connected services. This policy does not replace external services’ privacy policies. Links opened in an external browser are subject to the information handling practices of that browser and the visited service.
4. Sharing, processing providers and advertising
The app operator does not operate a feature that collects game account or gameplay information on its own server for sale, disclosure to third parties or outsourced processing. No separate advertising, behavioral analytics or crash reporting SDK has been added to the app.
This does not mean that no information is transmitted to external services. External service processing needed to run the game and view the wiki is described in Section 3.
5. Retention and deletion
App settings remain on your device until you change them or clear the app’s data. Cookies may remain until their configured expiration or deletion, and web storage data may remain until the website deletes it or you clear the app’s data. The operating system or WebView may clear cached content as part of storage management.
Reset the current controller layout: You can reset the current layout in the app’s settings menu. This does not delete login information or web storage data.
Delete app data on your device: In Android, open Settings → Apps → My PokéRogue (마이 포케로그) → Storage, then select “Clear data” or “Clear storage.” Menu labels vary by device. This removes local app data, including app settings and login state. Uninstalling the app also removes its private local data.
Delete an external service account or server data: Use the account management options or official contact channels provided by the relevant service, such as PokéRogue. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app does not by itself delete accounts or game records on external servers.
Clearing only the cache may not remove all cookies or web storage data. The app’s Back and Refresh actions reload the webpage; they do not delete data. Deleting local data may require you to log in again or may cause unsaved progress to be lost.
6. Permissions and safeguards
The app uses internet permission to connect to the game and wiki. It does not request separate permissions to access contacts, location, the camera, microphone, photos or files.
The default game and wiki addresses opened by the app use HTTPS. The in-app WebView does not allow cleartext HTTP traffic or mixed content. Controller settings are kept in the app’s private storage. You can help protect your device by using a screen lock and keeping Android and WebView updated.
7. Your requests and contact details

If you contact us by email, the app operator receives your sender email address, message and any attachments you provide. This information is used only to answer your inquiry and resolve the issue, and is deleted when that purpose has been fulfilled. If retention is required by law, it is kept for the required period. Please do not send unnecessary personal information. Gmail is used to send and receive email; information about the email service’s data processing is also available in the Google Privacy Policy.
You can use the contact above to ask about the app’s information handling, local data deletion or privacy. Do not include game passwords or authentication tokens in your inquiry. The app operator cannot directly provide access to, correct or delete account data held by external services; requests concerning that data must be directed to the relevant service operator.
8. Policy changes
If the app’s features or information handling practices change, we will update this page and its last updated date. Important changes to personal information handling will be announced on this page or through an in-app notice before they take effect.
